Great locations but Just not a very well run building. It’s off sunrise blvd so you’d hope doors to the Main Street from The building are locked and they consistently are not. Garage door to parking area are consistently broken with weeks going before it’s fixed, Which allows anyone to enter (there excuses is always a resident broke it). They have a private parking enforcement company regularly give tickets to residents inside of the garage for parking infractions which include expired tags. If you have money to pay for rent here, I would suggest looking elsewhere. But if you have issues, the building manager is there one day a week on Tuesday for a few hours to help! Good luck!
Dirty garage. Difficult to get private parking. Bad security. Unfriendly drivers.
