Of course my well pump went out on Black Friday. Called Bell Well and Mike and Tim were at my house within the half hour. Less than two hours later and they had me up and running with a new pump. Friendly, knowledgeable,efficient guys. I would recommend Bell Well without hesitation.

Due to the location of the new garage we’re building, access to our existing (and likely very old) well will be all but impossible to access with a pump service truck/rig in the future, so I wanted to replace the pump in a pro-active approach. We had one of the better known well drilling companies stop by to replace the pump, but they weren’t able to manually pull it up out of the 4” well pipe. Their recommendation was to drill a new well in a more accessible location, which would run a minimum of $10,000. I wanted a second opinion and estimate so I contacted Bell Drilling. Had another company fix our pump Thursday after not having water for 2 weeks they got us water but we also developed a leak that flooded our well pit overnight, after trying to reach the company without getting no answer, I called bell well today in tears and he was out here in a few hours and once again we have water he was super through and nice and very very reasonable. He definitely has a customer for life and will recommend him to others. Thank you once again.

I had an emergency situation today that would have left me without water. This company had someone to my house in less than an hour and he went above and beyond to get things back up and running. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised by the price when I received the final bill. This is an awesome company that cares about their customers and they definitely earned one for life!
