Justin recently came to our home to evaluate and fix three separate plumbing issues. This was without question the single best experience we’ve ever had with a service tech of any variety. I was concerned that each issue would result in a costly repair – this is based on recent plumbing work we’ve had done on a few income properties. We had used a few of the larger plumbing services, and while I feel they did satisfactory work, I felt their prices were outrageously high. POSSIBLY THE MOST HONEST AND SKILLED MASTER PLUMBER YOU WILL EVER FIND. After our 11 year old dishwasher sprang a leak and destroyed our kitchen flooring, I had to make an emergency purchase to replace it - right before Christmas. When the big box store sent out their non-English speaking crew to deliver and install our new dishwasher, they did me a huge favor. It was the end of the day (Saturday night at 8:00), and they found the excuse they were looking for to call it a day and leave without completing the installation. The next Monday, I began calling around and was quickly reminded of how badly the big plumbing companies like to gouge consumers like myself. We were looking for a plumber and saw that Bella T's was consistently recommended on Reddit and Nextdoor. Our experience was fantastic! Justin and his wife were both really friendly to deal with. On the day of service he arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired our slow draining tub. The issue and fix were clearly explained and the price we were charged was more than fair. Justin from Bella T's Plumbing has been to my parents' house multiple times in the past few years. I was going to help my dad write a review because he thought so highly of Justin. He was thrilled to finally find a plumber he could trust, but he hated writing reviews! Unfortunately my father was hospitalized a few times after Justin's last visit and then passed away so I am writing this based on what my father said and what I saw when Justin was at the house.
