We have used Larry and his technicians for more than 10 years and have always been happy with the service and price. We find it comforting that his technicians have been with him for many years so we can count on getting the same guys each time. It seems to help that they know our systems history and they keep everything running perfectly. We find Larry and all his employees to to very honest, reliable, and professional.

Excellent company. Run by one of the most honest and fair gentleman who is God fearing and has great integrity. Friendly, fast, and affordable. No doubt you'll get much better service than those bigger companies who try convince it's time for a new unit. Not trying to sell you on new but, rather they'll be there to keep your system up and running by the most affordable means necessary. Hometown, family run, and just good old American small business that treats his customers as he'd want to be treated.

Not happy with how this business is run. I called to get a quote about getting maintenance done on a unit and the owner was very rude. He called back very quickly but when I told him that we weren't wanting to schedule a time to have a tech look at the unit because we were just calling for quotes and I already received quotes from other companies be said "Fine, let them have it" and hung up on me. I own a business and I know that this kind of behavior, especially from the OWNER, is not acceptable in the least bit. I will not be calling them or using their service ever.

Worst customer service ive ever experienced. They told me they would give me a free quote, so i could see what my options were. Would have been fine if they just would have told the truth and said no, lol. Anyways tech came out and put a pound of freon in my unit and charged me $200. A/c worked no better..... Called about it and he started yelling about how he had no tolerance for people who didnt want to pay their bills and wanted something for free... I just expect people not to lie and or be willing to listen to a customer.

No complaints! Great JOB done installing York Heating and Air system. They all knew their job and did it extremely well.
