I had an absolutely amazing experience working with this company. From start to finish, everyone was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about the work they were doing. Francisco, the owner, was great to work with, and his wife Silvia is an absolute sweetheart. She was so kind, attentive, and always made sure everything was taken care of. You can truly tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The install crew was just as wonderful. The same team handled both the demo and the installation, which made everything go smoothly. Misael, Juan (who handled the plumbing), and Keven all did an excellent job. I recommend Bellagio Granite & Quartz. They are a very friendly family-run business. I hired them to have my kitchen countertops done. The consultation & estimate was done by Francisco, and it was very smooth, and they even accommodate for competitive prices. I had originally had a quote done by another company, and it was a lower cost, however that company stopped returning my calls. I did not mention the other quote initially, however, Francisco mentioned that Bellagio try to price-match. When I showed him the other company's quote, he lowered the price of Bellagio's cost. The rest of the design and scheduling process was done with Silvia, in the office. She is very friendly & helpful. They have a beautiful selection of material (granite, marble, quartz).
