Bellaire Roofing installed a roof on my house yesterday. They did a five star job from start to finish! Starting with Elizabeth’s help in the front office through to the 12 men crew who were on the roof, to the cleanup that finished up late last night. The company also had two men back early this morning to check Job site again. Everything was perfect! Nicholas Perez was by to check on the Job several times and came again at the wrap up to make sure everything was cleaned up I have been a real estate agent in the Memorial Area for over 30 years and I haven’t had the pleasure of an easier company to work with than Bellaire Roofing Plus, the price was great!

Elizabeth is the best. Great customer service from in office staff and staff that come out to provide the type of service needed. Very dedicated company to their work and customers. Bellaire Roofing is my go to company. They have been fair with pricing and work with my budget. I'm very careful with selecting who does work on my house. Bellaire Roofing came at a time when someone else did a horrible job. This has been over 5 years ago.

I have used Bel-Air Roofing many times. Or rather, I have used them after every Houston weather issue. They respond, they are neighborly, and very professional. I can’t think of another company I would have this much confidence in. I would add a photo, but let’s face it, without a drone. How would I be able to see it?🤣🤣🤣

Bellaire Roofing did an amazing job roofing our whole house + pool house. They worked quickly and efficiently. Elizabeth was very good at communicating and watched the weather closely so as not to have any surprises. Our new neighbor, who we had only met once, called to tell us how impressed they were at the team's effort at cleaning up after themselves! There was no scrap of material left anywhere. I would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Bellaire Roofing was excellent. The information provided at the initial meeting with Nicholas was clear, concise, and allowed us to make decisions and move forward quickly. The day of installation the crew was on time, they did everything they were asked to do with skill and attention to detail. The cleanup was complete and it was appreciated that materials that fell across the fence to my neighbors yards on each side was also cleaned up. The price estimate was accurate and less than the estimates I had received from other roofing companies. I highly recommend Bellaire Roofing.
