Andrew and Ian were BOTH phenomenal!! They professionally and articulately addressed and explained the repairs needed to my pool plumbing. They explained the repair process. Ian was extremely polite, and very punctual. Ian talked me through the entire process as he explained the repairs he needed to make to my pool system plumbing. Ian finished on schedule and he left the work area spotless afterwards. Once Ian completed the needed repairs my pool was again functioning flawlessly, better than before!! Kudos to Andrew & Ian for their refreshing professionalism and expertise. I truly appreciate you both! I HIGHLY recommend both Andrew & Ian for all swimming pool needs! Going forward, I will only utilize Belleair Pool Services for my swimming pool service and repairs~ Thank you gentlemen~

Customer service poor Andrew, one of the office people overprotective to employ who did a poor job cleaning my pool. Pictures taken same day 1 hour after young man left. Customers absolutely don't come first. Pooll is in poor condition after spending $350 and $225 he come 2 times a week. Andrew, instead of trying to fix the problem I was told if I don't like the way they clean my pool find someone else Fired him on the spot after a phone conversation.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Go with Domenic and Brian at Pure Blue pools. Much more knowledgeable and actually can keep a pool blue, for a heck of a lot cheaper at that! Pictures for reference.. this was 3 days after Belleair maintained our pool 2 separate times. Edited to add: they also sent an invoice after not showing up to fix their work and “quit” on us.

I have been a customer many years & never experience any issues until most recently. I had a tech come out for my weekly maintenance & left the pool a mess. The skimmer basket was left full of leaves, did not completely remove leaves from pool & what was removed was discarded on the side of my pool when the garbage pail was right next to it. Included in the pile discarded, was my skimmer cover along with a topper to my fence. When reaching out to the office to share my experience they made themselves out to be the victim declaring my description of what was left does not match their techs. I even had pictures for evidence but they wanted nothing to do with that & suggested it would be best if we parted ways & I find another pool service. This is what loyalty gets you!! The one tim

We have had these guys servicing our pool for two years, why so long I don’t know, we kept hoping that they would eventually improve, but WOW, it kept getting worse. Notes: Our technician was a retired guy that basically hated his job, yet needed the money. He was not afraid in letting us know that he did not care about his job. - sometimes he just did not show up for the weekly service - we started getting green and black algae - he would notice that the vacuum or pump was not working, did not care in reporting this. - our pool was a salt water pool, they never added salt, eventually started dumping bleach in our system on a regular basis instead of telling us that our system was out.
