Belletetes of Andover

I’m always surprised by how much this hardware store has. It’s out in the middle of nowhere, but they always have everything I need. Prices are a little higher than the big box stores, but it’s worth it.

Disappointing customer service. Went in and was the only one there besides two employees, who couldn’t be bothered to do more than stand at the counter. Would love to support local business, but doubt I will be returning.

I was buying lumber this weekend and was treated so rudely in the lumber yard by a forklift driver I almost emptied my truck and went straight to lavallys. I have 45years of going to lumber yards not ones have I been treated like I was today very sad day for your company

I bought 24 Andersen windows fall of 2024 based on color samples Belletetes provided. Once installed it became clear the color was wrong. Belletetes rep looked me in the eye and promised to "make it right", but I never heard from him again. The sample was apparently not a true Andersen sample, and as a result, no one could match trim color. A 2-day job took 4 months to complete and $40k later I have the wrong color windows that I won't be able to match to any future replacements (doors, sliders, etc...). Belletetes didn't stand by their work, even when they admitted they got it wrong.

Staff is very knowledgeable about their individual departments and all have a good general understanding of the entire store. The store is always clean and is well stocked in the products, tools and general hardware offered. Many name brand materials, and products/tools. I do hope in the future the store expands offering more. The lumber yard is well stocked also, however, again I hope an expansion is in the future.
