Ariel and his team were prompt. I had a broken a compressor. The part was covered under “Carrier” warranty and it was fixed same day after the part was acquired.

I will be using Below Zero for any and all of my future heating/air needs. I had one of the HVAC sales companies, that pose as HVAC repair, pressuring me very hard to buy an entire new unit and replace all of my exterior duct work. They lied and said that one of my fan motors was blown, and that it would be more expensive than it was worth to repair due to the fan needing to be ordered and programmed directly by the OEM. My unit is close to 20 years old, so it seemed somewhat reasonable that it was its time to go. I had also spent the day in a near-90 degree house with my pets, so I was a bit desperate to get my AC back.
