I contacted Beluga Air because my air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly. I spoke with Carla, who provided excellent customer service and quickly scheduled a technician to come out within a few hours. Matthew arrived on time, did a full assessment, and explained that my unit needed to be replaced, it just wasn’t cost-effective to repair. He went over several replacement options that fit both my needs and my budget. Both Carla and Matthew provided outstanding service from start to finish. I highly recommend Beluga Air for their professionalism, honesty, and quick response!

I am very impressed with the team members and the excellent staff that make up this business. They responded to my phone call after calling 4 other companies, they were the only ones who was able to address my needs right away, no excuses. They showed up, evaluated, and took a look at my problem, and assured me they could take care of my needs and make sure that I had a happy wife, happy life.🥰🥰 The insulation team did an outstanding job in putting in the system, and cleaning up after their work. The supervisor Octabio was on time, very nice, went right to work. And did his inspection on the install of my HVAC system. He found a few things I didn't know that needed to be done. He noted everything so he could send out some Technicians to do repairs. All seemed minor but he told me it was needed. The only problem I had was the vent in the kitchen was not blowing as much as the rest of the house. He also noted that too. This man looked everything over from front to back to make sure it was all done the way it should be. He was also a good guy to talk too. He can answer questions and I also have a bunch. But everything worked so well I was happy with my family at Beluga Air. They have treated me like gold and did more than I believe any other company would have done. Spending time to

He was highly professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. His knowledge and experience were evident throughout the entire visit, and I felt confident in the quality of his work. It’s always a good experience when dealing with Beluga Air. They’ve been my main HVAC provider for years now. Recently, I bought a new air handler and the install was simply beautiful. They also moved my thermostat upstairs.
