Used cardboard to make a heat tent and Set my attic and hallway on fire and broke our hot water system (which another plumbing company confirmed), They were only there to fix our central heating system. They made it much much worse than it was before they got here, and left ashes everywhere and gave poor advice which spiked our electricity usage. Absolute disaster. Still no hot water which wasn't broken before they got here. Also cut a hole in the ceiling in the basement and left sheet rock dust all over the water heater. They also burned the HVAC control system wires.

Beluga replaced our R-410A a/c units with high efficiency Daikin R-32 heat pumps and replaced our conventional electric water heater with a State high-efficiency heat pump water heater. They completed the work quickly over a few days and have returned for minor adjustments when we have called. We are very pleased with the Beluga staff and quality of the workmanship. They offer several options for financing for a purchase and installation. We chose the no-interest option paid over 25 months. Our electric usage has averaged approximately 20% less than with our old equipment.

Beluga continues to impress. Had two new heat pumps installed lat last year. Multiple follow ups to see if I was happy with the new system and if I had any questions. This week my condensate pump burned out. Caused the heat to stop. Billy had seen my ticket and called to see what was up. Told him and he said they would take care of it. Original tech was not able to make it and I told them it would be ok if it waited till next day (I have a failover furnace/baseboard). Then got a text that Eddie was going to be at the house in 15min. He was and swapped the pump and was done inside 20min. Only took a little longer because he wanted to clean up the wiring and add some new cable ties. Thanks Eddie and Beluga for the attention to detail.
