Mike, Daniel, Chris, Felicia, and the builders, from the start to finish; just wow! I made an appointment with Ben Hill Renovations for a quote to replace my old deck that was falling apart and give it an upgrade. Mike Mastowski showed up right on time for our appointment, was very professional, and had answers to some questions I inquired about. He made an assessment, explained some options, and took measurements. He quickly got me a quote and followed up with me. The project manager, Daniel Cash, communicated with me every step of the way. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Ben Hill Roofing replaced my roof in 2014 (12 years later), I noticed where a couple of shingles were loose. I called Chris Hembree for referrals. He contacted Matthew Finnegan & assistant came out on agreed time to view the job description. Because of the height from the ground level where the shingles were loose rather than go back to the office for a taller ladder Matthew accessed the roof from the lower end of house & walked on the roof from the opposite end of my house over to the problem area. Several pitches on my roof are 12/12 & a little damp from late night drizzle. Upon completion of the job I asked Matthew the cost of the work & he stated “NO CHARGE” due to the fact I was a regular customer. I thought just the opposite that this organization was going to be regular for me
