I had a really unsettling experience with this company that left us shaken. While there was construction happening nearby, my wife tried to signal a truck driver to slow down—just a simple hand wave. The driver, who I later learned is supposedly a manager at the company, reacted in an unbelievably aggressive way. He slammed on his brakes, jumped out of his truck, and got right in my wife's face, calling her names and threatening to beat her up. At that point, our kids ran inside, terrified, thinking something terrible was happening. I rushed outside, fearing my wife was in danger. It was shocking to see an adult act like this over a harmless gesture. I have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior, especially from someone in a managerial position. Charged for a job I didn’t ask for. Ask for help on why I have water settled in my sprinkler box and the side of it and they tested my sprinklers which I already tested and was fine. $100 bill later to test my sprinklers. Management in this company failed to listen and understand the customer.

The worst company EVER! RUN AWAY from these guys and don't look back! Dishonest does not even cover how awful these guys are. They do not stand by their quotes & lie about the amount labor they use. They showed up at just before 9 am and sat around for over an hour did some work, stood around again for an hour, worked some more then came and said their boss called them to another job and left before 2 pm verified by home cameras. They were here for 5 hours max and did 3 hours of work, now we are getting billed for 2 men at 8.5 hours each! Owner says he uses GPS tracker info for his labor. Said he will graciously knock of $100 of the $1300 labor bill. Also quoted $2500 to $3000 max for some sprinkler repairs, received the bill for over $7300! Same thing, they did 5 to 6 hours of work a day,

I called in and had someone come out to give us a bid, we decided to accept the bid and have maintenance done in our yard. I've seen them all driving around all over and thought they looked like a good company. After trying to get scheduled well over 2 weeks with no phone calls or any communication we decided to cancel our bid and not have the work done. I called into the office more than once and was given a different excuse as to why I haven't heard back from anyone with a new promise that they would have someone out to do the work or a call back and never saw anyone or received any call. The office staff lost good business. We will never be back.

I do not do these kinds of reviews, but after my experience with this company I am. I If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked this company to come out to fix my sprinklers so that there were no dry spots. They were significantly overpriced but I wanted it done correctly, so I figured you get what you pay for and decided to go with them. MISTAKE!!! Javier came out and moved heads around. It looked like things were working. But the grass was still dry after several more weeks. I asked them again to come fix the dry spots. My issue was still not resolved after the second visit. So, I asked them to return for the third time. Javier never returned. I kept receiving bills. I would call and they said that Javier would return to fix the problem.
