Honestly this is a hard review to make because I really wanted to support a local business, over a Molly maids corporation but was very dissatisfied and I paid for their most expensive package “deep clean”, and did not get that at all. Upon coming back to our home, we not only discovered broken glass but no baseboard, doors, tiles or even window seals were cleaned. There was dust everywhere and still dirty. Outside of the home smelling like cleaning products that was it. We have hardwood floors and they didn’t use ANY proper cleaning products which caused a film on our hardwood floor. The bathrooms were not cleaned and I had to tell them to come back and still nothing was cleaned effectively and the woman had an attitude. I appreciate that my house smells like cleaning supplies, but every time I look up, I see something that was not cleaned. I will start out by saying I told the owner of my concerns and he offered a discount on future services, but that will never happen because I will never bring them back. I wanted cleaning because guest had just left and I didn’t have time to do it or call my normal cleaning person before photographers were coming to my house the next day. The good: the bathtubs and bathroom counters were cleaned. Most window seals were wiped (not all). The bad: the toilet seat was scrubbed to now need replacing, no other furniture was touched, sheets were not changed, the guest room bed, dressers, and stands were exactly as my guest left it. Their uninsured and inexperienced cleaners broke glasses by putting glasses in the dish washer that need to be hand washed Ben and Y cleaners did horrible cleaning job. They left based boards unclean and didn’t properly clean bathroom tiles. The owner sat in the drive way playing loud music the whole time and the women seemed afraid of him. I don’t know if they’re cleaning against their will or what is going on. Please if you reading this review don’t let your money support whatever nefarious activities are happening at this business. I will have to file a police report to recover damages because their insurance company on the documents provided never heard of this business.
