Benbrook Appliance Repair

Chris came out in this awful weather to look at our refrigerator and we really appreciate his effort! Highly recommend Benbrook Appliance Repair.

Called for repair on Saturday was told be here between 1-3 then got a call at 2:30 saying it would be 6. Then nothing. No show and will not answer his phone. Terrible was to do business. Would not recommend using this company.

Chris is honest, quick to respond, and generous with his time. Multiple times he has checked on faulty appliances of mine and told me how much it would cost to repair, and in some cases, told me I’m better off buying a new appliance because the math just doesn’t make sense on repairing it. He will continue to be my first call (hopefully not anytime soon)

I really wish I could write this review 10 times over but I will have to settle for just trying to relay how amazing this company really is. I have used them for both my home and business repairs at least a dozen times. He always responds quickly and arrives with all possible parts. He is so knowledgeable and I am in awe at how quickly and efficiently he can diagnose and repair just about anything. I just cannot relay how thankful I am to have found an such a gem of a repair man. As a family of 5, I don't think that I could survive very long without a washer/dryer/dishwasher, all of which he has been a lifesaver with! If you are looking for a honest and experienced repair man..he is your guy!

This was unfortunately a rather awful experience. Our dryer stopped heating, we gave Chris a call and he came by the next day to make sure all looked good after we had replaced the heating element ourselves. He tweaked one of the fuses and in the process somehow managed to arc it, causing our refrigerator water line to pop and ruining the power cord to the dryer. What should have been like a $50 service call was $400. Chris made some excuse about not having the part and being non-confrontational, I said nothing but I personally was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and integrity. Not to mention, the dryer still doesn’t heat.
