Andy Payne (Owner and GC of Benchmark Builders) was definitely the right choice for us for our en-suite bathroom project. Communication with a contractor is paramount for any project, and Andy was always providing updates on timing, sub-contractor attendance and general expectations on the project. Speaking of subs, Andy's were all professional, expedient and respectful. We had tons of questions throughout the process and quite a few change requests, and not once were we given the brush-off. As painful as any construction project can be, Andy did his best to keep it on track and on time for us. I would highly recommend Andy and Benchmark Builders to anyone looking for a top-tier GC, and we would use him again in a heartbeat!

Highly recommend working with Benchmark builders! We had a kitchen and bathroom remodel done in Summer 2021. Working with Andy was easy, he started on schedule and even with all the back orders at the time the project was completed quickly. We’ve really been enjoying the new space.

We had a great experience working with Andy and his team for our bathroom renovation. We have an old house so we expected some roadblocks but Andy provided a thorough assessment of the project in which he anticipated potential issues and mitigated any major surprises.
