I had an electrical issue with my microwave, it kept randomly tripping off despite nothing seeming to be wrong with it. I contacted Benchmark, and they had Ed and a couple guys up at my place within an hour. They were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They tested the circuit, determined the issue was a faulty breaker, and had it swapped out in 15 minutes, for a total visit time of about 30 minutes. The cost of the visit was reasonable, and they were very upfront and direct about it, and mercifully they made no attempt to upsell anything. Overall, it was exactly what I was hoping for. I've got their information saved, and I'll be contacting them next time I have any need for an electrician.

I can’t say enough great things about Ed and his team. Our home was built in 1936 and needed a full rewire when we moved in. We got several quotes from other companies, but most seemed to be upselling us. When we called Ed, he was honest, straightforward, and explained everything clearly. His quote matched exactly what the job required, and it was clear he cared more about doing the work right than just making a sale. Ed and his team rewired our entire home quickly, installed the new light fixtures we bought, added outlets, brought everything up to code, and even handled the inspection for us. We’ll be using Ed for all our electrical needs, and I can’t recommend him enough if you want someone dependable, professional, and easy to work with!

I was having issues with a dryer receptacle, and Benchmark promptly responded to my inquiry. Ed arrived within an hour of relaying the issue over the phone, quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem, and thoroughly explained the solution. I was back up and running in no time with some bonus electrical knowledge that'll surely come in handy down the line. Highly recommended!

We just had our heat exchanger replaced by Thomas and William. They were both polite and friendly. Went right to work, Thomas is very knowledgeable and explained what they saw and what they were doing so we could understand what we needed to watch for. Previously, Daniel installed a burner assembly and diagnosed the furnace problem correctly. He too was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We applaud the professionalism and friendliness of these three individuals. Thanks for fixing our furnace.

We've worked with Ed & team on several projects now - from wiring a new studio shed next to our house, to replacing our heat pump. He and his team are always friendly, respectful, and get the job done well. It is so incredibly valuable to have someone I trust to help out with electrical and HVAC!
