Benchmark repaired the outside structural damage to my home and replaced all new siding on the exterior of my home, and even did some repairs on the inside, which consisted of drywall repair, front door replacement/install, trim replacement, and painting. From the first time I met Dan Dawson (Project Manager) to job completion, I received great customer service. I especially want to thank Jason (Production Manager) who worked with me on color schemes, the timing of the project, and all the little details that I didn’t think of regarding siding. Jason was great to work with! I also want to mention the crew who worked with Bill (Painting Services), those guys were the best workers! Very respectful, professional, and hardworking. Excellent service. Prompt. Had my roof done five years ago along with some downspouts. A downspout on my garage roof came disconnected (one they didn't repair) and within five minutes they fixed it and after an inspection found an issue with our sump pump that needed a plumber ASAP that had previously been covered up by snow. Trust them. They didn't charge for the quick fix.

Benchmark installed a new roof and skylight - great service from the time we first met with David for an estimate to Jason who oversaw the project to the team that completed the work in 2 days, they cleaned up both days. Would highly recommend Benchmark for your next project. Thank you.

Do not recommend! A trim board they replaced has been leaking, probably for months now and we just didn't catch it. After having to purchase professional fans to try and dry it ourselves they told us it was dry and offered to paint the molded, cracked sheet rock and not even replace it or deal with the mold and water damage underneath! ( this is after the kept prolonging their responses to allow it time to dry! ) . My husband said the worker he brought a long had a can of spray paint he was going to use to cover up the damage instead of fix it. During the initial install we had problems getting them to respond after we signed the contract and couldn't just get someone else... Had to file a credit card dispute after we were double charged.. and now this the worst of all! IMO-Save yourself

I had Benchmark put a new roof and new siding w/faux stone accent wall on the front of my house. My experience was so positive starting from when David, our Sales Rep. came to provide an estimate for our project. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. The crews were professional and did the best quality work. They worked so hard from morning to night and were always pleasant when we would check on their progress. I also love that Benchmark is a local, family owned business here in Powell. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. We love how our house looks and it exceeded our expectations.
