They are transparent with no surprises, and the customer service (Stephanie) in the office makes sure everything goes perfectly smooth. I selected Bend Brothers Moving based on their excellent references, and I am extremely satisfied with their services. Stephanie (co-owner) has been very helpful and informative throughout the process. Ryan, Tristan, and Lucius arrived early and were very careful and service-oriented. After completing the move, Ryan asked if there was anything else they could do for us before they leave...which is such a nice way to treat a customer. Bend Brothers Moving has definitely earned their great reputation!

I was so impressed with Chad, one owner of the owners, who called me back within minutes on a Saturday! Then he was able to fit me in the next day to move a piano. The piano had to be moved out of a difficult spot and Chad called me to make sure it was ok to move the piano on its side. Not only were they able to get the piano out but they also put so much care into the move. The communication from start to finish was so appreciated. They were timely and so personable! I will definitely call them again if I ever need movers in the future.

Recently used Bend Brothers Moving (Chad/Owner & Shawn) and they provided excellent service! They did a great job unloading our furniture and belongings (4+ bedroom house) from our 26 ft Penske rental truck.! We have hired numerous moving companies over the past 40+ years and the Bend Brothers team/crew was one of the most professional and meticulous crews that we have hired to date. They got all their moving equipment, hallway mats, etc properly setup before starting to unload the truck. They (Chad) even assisted with backing the 26 ft Penske truck into the best location in the driveway for unloading.
