The Bend Heating team was AMAZING! our furnace was having problems yesterday and I called them up and got an appointment for the next day. They were Super friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to Anybody in the Central Oregon Area.

As usual, our experience with Bend Heating was Fantastic. Scheduling our HVAC servicing was easy and convenient. We received a text with a photo of the tech so knew who to expect. Ron arrived on time and was wonderful with the old dog and the energetic toddler I was wrangling that day. Service was done in a clean and professional manner, with care taken to protect household items and to see that I had a good knowledge of ongoing maintenance tasks. Price was reasonable. Very pleased!

I can’t say enough good things about Bend Heating & Cooling. This is a locally owned business run by family friends of mine, and I’ve known Troy and his crew for most of my life. Troy is the kind of guy who truly takes pride in his work, and it shows in everything he touches. The sheet metal shop is next level. They can build just about anything you can imagine out of sheet metal—and more. Troy took my ideas, added his own expertise and attention to detail, and turned them into something even better than I envisioned. The custom shelf they built for my shop, Southbound Barbers, is absolutely perfect—clean, beautiful, and something that really pops the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find someone like Troy who combines craftsmanship, creativity, and genuine care for his customers. Watching

Jason was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what could be happening, and suggested waiting to see if the same issue happens again (since it started working) to get the code to determine the real issue. I SO appreciate his honesty! We will be calling again if/when we have a problem. He didn't just start throwing parts at it (expensive ones) as other companies have done during an annual check up.
