I had a really great experience working with Beneath on 2 different structural repair jobs. On both, they did great work at a very affordable price and never tried to push anything additional that I didn't need. Everyone on their staff is incredibly kind and easy to work with. We had some delays that were entirely beyond their control and they were fantastic about working through them and keeping me informed. Highly recommend!

I genuinely appreciate the honesty and professionalism of this business. Mark is a truly kind, honest, and knowledgeable businessperson. I had to have a one foot crawl space portion of the house leveled. The original floor is over 60 years old and I feel an enormous difference on the interior floor and the evenness now. My closet door is now level. Thank you so much for the expert service you provided. Now, I do not feel anymore northeaster breezes coming into the room from an open space under the house that Mark discovered upon an evaluation. The flooring underneath is now supported by new girders and piers and what a difference that has made. Falling insulation was rehung. I recommend Beneath Your House. I plan to have them back out for a follow up of something we discussed.

Great company to work with and the owner sincerely cares about solutions people can afford that will work. It’s a wet humid area we live in and there are different approaches to crawl space management and a lot of it depends on how your structure was built. The owner will take the time to explain to you the assessment of your structure, their approach determined after the review of you home, and why other things you’ve read aren’t a good approach because he was kind enough to do that with me. The owner has a lot of experience, his crew is honest and hardworking and he genuinely cares about homeowners.

Beneath just finished my crawl space partial encapsulation with a dehumidifier installation. Mark and this company was recommended to me by a friend. Mark is very knowledgeable and professional answering all my questions. The office with Somer and Chloe were also very easy to work with and maintained good communications. The technicians were always on time, worked fast, and kept me informed. It is nice to find a company that doesn't push things that are not needed to solve your problem. I actually moved my termite and moisture inspection to them as well, since they discount the annual inspections if you have both contracts with them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with crawl space issues.

I solicited bids from 5 companies to address high moisture issues in our crawlspace and it was quite obvious that most of the companies were more interested in selling than fixing. Mark with Beneath Crawlspace Services was the rare exception. He outlined a practical solution without trying to upsell turning our crawlspace into the Taj Mahal. His field technicians were professional, polite and hard working and clearly explained the process and schedule throughout the project. The office staff was very responsive in addressing questions and scheduling. It really was a pleasure dealing with a “down to earth “ and genuine local company.
