We've used Benedict Fine Rug Cleaning For three of our Persian rugs over the past few years. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and take great care in explaining the processes used for cleaning/caring for our rugs. I can't recommend them enough.

I could not be happier with my rugs. After moving from NYC, my two Moroccan rugs were in need of a deep clean. Trish and her husband took care every step of the way, even helping to arrange pick-up and delivery since I don't have a car. Great service and amazing people.

We recently had our large Pottery Barn rug cleaned by another company in Marietta. That company actually made it look worse and even damaged it in the process. We contacted Benedict Fine Rug Cleaning to see if they could make it look better. We wish we had contacted them from the beginning. Jeff and Trish were so helpful! We had several elderly but classic oriental rugs cleaned- some of which have been in our family 35+ years, and were well loved- by us and generations of dachshunds. Jeff & Trish did a beautiful job cleaning them. They went from flat and tired to plush, luxurious and colorful. They look like brand new! What a thrill! They were also extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and by the time this extended project was over, felt like friends of the family. Wonderful experience! Would highly, highly recommend.
