My 90 year old mom locked herself out of her house in Green Valley ,AZ and called me her daughter in Toronto Canada . I was able to get a hold of Benedict Lock Service and a very kind lady explained Rocky had plans . They then contacted me and before they attended function Rocky took the time dropped everything to help my mom. I was speaking to his wife . It was dark and cold and I was so thankful and relieved Rocky and his wife went out of their way to help and solved the lock issues . I am the President of the HOA board at Green Valley Resort Homes. We had trouble with one of our gate locks leading to the pool. I gave Benedict Lock service a call and Rocky responded immediately. We arranged an appointment and Rocky was prompt, thorough, and very customer oriented. He took every aspect of his job seriously. We ended up re-keying two locks and the other one had a cylinder problem. It was difficult but Rocky was not discouraged. He went above and beyond and got it repaired. This saved us a lot of money because then we did not have to get new keys for all the owners. His final price was extremely reasonable. I will recommend his service to everyone.

I called late afternoon on a Thursday and Rocky answered the phone himself. That's an immediate plus! He was very pleasant -- asked if it were an emergency and I said "no" so we made an appointment for 1pm Monday. He showed on time accompanied by his father, George. Again -- very pleasant. Mine was a simple lock cylinder replacement but I've never experienced someone working that efficiently. 10-15 minutes later he handed me the 3 keys that I'd asked for. Done! Works perfect. Fair price. 5 stars.

Rocky and his incredible Father came by extremely promptly and on short notice. They were very reasonably priced and finished the job in record time. Two of the friendliest people you will ever meet, with incredible integrity and as I mentioned very reasonably priced. IF you need a locksmith in Green Valley, don't hesitate.
