June 29, 2025 We had an emergency situation today for our restaurant walks-in cooler. Called in hope to have someone come in and take a look as it holds thousands dollars worth of restaurant supplies for our store. The female operator answered the call, asked for our name. We wanted to make sure they handle this type of appliance so we asked to confirm if they do as their website states HVAC contractors. A lot of times it means A/C system for residential only. This person hung up disruptively. We called back 3 times right away and was put straight to their automated system. I am sorry you had to work on a Sunday and I hope HR will learn about your personal life. As much as you didn’t want to be there, you are hurting both businesses. In addition, someone could have gotten the work order.

I called them to see if they clean residential ice machines and I spoke with John (?) who told me they usually don't, but would be willing to help if needed. This is the kind of customer service that makes a company successful!! Thank You and Megan for helping me on Friday and following thru with your phone call!
