When a ticket is submitted, deplorable customer service is received, and the company is reluctant to correct its mistakes. Despite three visits for the same issue, the root cause remains unidentified.

I wish the driver wouldn’t slam their brakes on for a yellow light

Very bad customer service. They don't have responsibility to call customer and give update when the electrician did not show up for 2 days for scheduled appointments. I was keep calling and all I hear was I have to call them and tell every time when the electrician did not show up but they don't follow up and try to resolve the ticket.

Very bad customer service. Doesn't stand behind the quality of their work. Lots of errors with their wiring. Their workmanship sucks

Dazhane, the front desk, provides a terrible customer service and communications. Go with a different company if you have any other possible options.
