I was quite fortunate to meet James West at the Benitz stand at the Home and Garden Show in Sedalia last year. I needed a new heating and cooling system. James suggested an energy efficient heat pump paired with a gas furnace, all made by Goodman. James didn't leave any stone unturned. He made sure that would be the very best fit for my house. His estimate was the very best I had received for months. I'm very thankful the system works perfectly, and I qualified for two Energy Star rebates and tax credits. Have used Bentiz for 9 years and have not had a bad experience. Their techs are knowledgeable and work efficiently. Feel their prices are fair. Recently had issue with my furnace, called Bentiz and they sent Jake out. It did not take him long for him to find the problem and fixed it. This was a day before last cold snap so was thankful to get my heat back.

After the initial contact with Taylor who was outstanding in scheduling and communicating, Hailey came out to diagnose our dryer problem. Although we opted to buy a new one since ours wasn’t worth the repair to us, we were so impressed with Hailey that we trusted her and Benitz with our vintage stove/oven. It is a retrofit situation so a work in progress, but Hailey and Kristin did an incredible job installing parts and further problem solving. Hailey came back out to install another ordered part, and she is really good both at analyzing and decision making, as well as the repair itself. Plus she has a great attitude. It’s great to be able to have a normally working stove again rather than buy a new one! Benitz has been professional and fair in every way; we are so glad we called them and

James sold us a new system which we have already seen a decrease in our electric bill. The system is so new it took longer to install. All the installers were great, shout out to Jake, Haley, and Leo. They all put in some long hours and were all professional, friendly and informative. We are happy we used Benitz for this service.
