And once an option was selected he went right to work. I am very pleased with the results and the time it took to resolve my issue. Dave was very professional, conversant, explained everything, and is a bit of a perfectionist in his work, which are all good qualities. He performed a warranty repair on my water heater (a corroded heating element) at no charge to me. I highly recommend recommend having a service contract 😉
