I’ve had work done before with Benjamin Franklin plumbing and I had no complaints. So when I had a drain line compromised due to tree roots I happily accepted their bid that was reasonable and lower than the competition. The job was done quickly with great availability. The only reason for the low rating is due to how the employees handled the job and their work ethic after leaving. The drain line ran through the garage and into my utility room and they did not use the proper steps to protect and of the appliances as there were scuff marks covered on them, additionally the walls and floors were covered with scuff marks from being rubbed on and dirt dragged. The walls had gashes from them rubbing the appliances against the walls. I reached out to them regarding the damages and they offered

Jesse was great. He was on time and gave me an accurate estimate. He explained the procedure in detail. Very professional. Dominic was the best backhoe/digger operator I have ever seen. He was very precise and the septic tank was installed perfectly along with the reconnection of the sewer lines and connections back the septic tank. His assistant was also great and hard working. I was very happy with the septic tank replacement.
