Benmar Air Conditioning LLC delivered exceptional service during a critical emergency. We had a major issue with six 60‑ton Bohn air handlers, and their team arrived at 5 AM, multiple times, to diagnose and repair the problem. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment were outstanding from start to finish. I also want to give special thanks to Kathleen, the lead engineer, who literally woke up out of a dead sleep in the middle of the night to take my calls. Her responsiveness and support made a huge difference during an extremely stressful situation.
