The crew was on time and pleasant. The crew chief B was very knowledgeable considering our building was built in 1957. I want to thank everyone in the office on keeping us abreast of the process, date of arrival of the system and meeting our deadline. We will be calling again to install the next unit.

We were without heat since the Monday before Christmas. I contacted Bennett Air on New Year’s Eve and they scheduled to come out to my home all the way in Glen Allen, VA on January 2nd. Lisa in the office was amazing to talk to and super friendly! Since I lived so far away I was able to send pictures of my HVAC unit trying to save them an unnecessary trip. They came out just to take a look anyway. They had my quote to me within 3 hours. We applied for the no interest financing which was a fast and easy process. On Monday afternoon I was on the schedule for Tuesday to install our new unit! They arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) for both the quote visit and installation day! I was told it might take up to 8 hours with in 4 hours I had a brand new system, heat pump, air handler,

My satisfaction started when I called to ask for an appointment. The scheduler worked with me to fit my schedule. When the technician arrived he was pleasant and technically proficient. He explained his diagnostic process and left for the part. The repair took until 6:30 to complete, but I was charged the flat rate for the job that had been provided before i agreed to the repair. In addition, they gave me a military discount. This is my go-to HVAC company

I think the technician was thorough and efficient in diagnosing the system. He was also courteous and professional. The service cost was reasonable, and over all, I was satisfied with the experience. However, I am questioning the final recommendation. But someone else is being sent of Friday to take a closer look, and I will hold my final opinion til that’s been completed.
