This Ace hardware has the best customer service I've ever experienced ever. I walk in the door and I immediately greeted with. What can we do for you today and how can we help your experience today no matter who it is, I always get that same response when I walk in the door. I love being greeted to a place I'm giving money to. Thank you you guys for all your hard work and shout out to the people that were there for the earthquake. That was pretty cool

They always have the little parts that we need when the big box stores do not.

Limited inventory. Either they've got 5 or 1 every time I go into the place. I work for a contractor & must purchase stuff & it's embarrassing to tell him... "This is all they had". Difficult to Please Clients when the job is Slowed down due to availability of materials... Don't cha, think⁉️🤷‍♂️

Their line prices do not match their in store prices and they will not price match. Some of the employees are very rude. I will take my business to true value from now on.

The best local hardware store! I have gone to them for countless tasks over the past few years, and their team is always helpful and knowledgeable. Their staff is always ready and happy to help me look for what I need, and have ordered things for me that were out of stock. They also expanded recently into the space next door with a great paint shop so there is even more conveniently available. I look forward to retuning for my future projects!
