Benny's Flooring Warehouse

The floor looks great. Gave a 1 star rating for multiple things. They used Wite Out to touch up the nail heads on the 1/4 round instead of the paint they were supplied with. Benny denied this but couldn't explain the bottle of Wite Out. After a few months the Wite Out turned yellow and we had to redo it. They didn't use a jig when cutting the frame in doorways. Some places the flooring is flush with the frame and some places there is an 1/8" gap. Charged us $300+ for hiring a professional plumber to remove/ reinstall gas range and remove/reinstall toilet. Benny said they have to charge that for the professional plumber but his flooring guys did the plumbing work themselves. Benny didn't realize we were home when they did this and he said they weren't suppose to do it. We deducted the $30

If you are so unprofessional that you’ll willingly alienate a huge portion of potential clients by bringing up a generic deity on your advertising sign during an election season, who knows what else you’ll blatantly mess up? Hard pass. Accountability is better than faith. Show me your employee of the month instead - you know, something worth celebrating! THAT is what real people care about.

Have reached out to get an estimate, received an email about scheduling and responded within 30min, and have yet to hear back from them (2 days now). If their service is anything like their scheduling, you'll be waiting a long time to get anything done.

Benny's flooring was great to work with, they send sample swatches directly to our house, gave us plenty of time to make our decision, we felt no pressure at all during the selection, and explained all of the carpet differences to us so we knew exactly what we were buying. The service we received from the time we walked in the door to the time the carpet was installed was excellent. I highly recommend them!

AWESOME with a capital "A"! Had a horrendous experience with trying to get our flooring done from one of the big Box Stores. Needless to say, after 3 months without our flooring and living on sub-floor, went to Benny's. Everything they did from start to finish was fast, professional, clean and done to our satisfaction. Will never buy flooring from anyone else. Great job!!!
