They got to me very quickly, and he explained everything and was honest about what needed to be done now and what would be better to wait, while still giving me the option if I wanted. I appreciate when they explain to me what they’re looking at/doing so I can take an active role in caring for my septic system between visits. Highly recommend, and I’ll be using this company again!

Great service!! Great people!! I called after hours and Jeremy first attempted to trouble shoot the problem with me over the phone, and before I could even get the panel off of my power box, him and his guys were at my house to help me figure it out. I was expecting to have to drop hundreds of dollars on a new pump and in about 5 min we figured out that I didn't have power to my pump, it accidentally got unplugged.. he didn't even gouge me with a service fee. It doesn't get more neighborly than that!!

In the past couple years I've had two issues with my septic system needing attention. In both cases, Jeremy from Benoit Septic was responsive, easy to work with, answered my questions, fixed my problems, and all at reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.
