Have had them come out to fix two different issues. The first was my gas dryer that wasn’t heating properly. I actually had called another repairman who came out twice and couldn’t diagnose the problem. Ben’s Appliance Repair came out and fixed the issue their first visit. Very reasonable priced. Very professional. Called them again a few months later to fix my gas oven. Replaced the faulty part. Was able to diagnose the problem quickly and got the oven working again. Both times, they were punctual, professional, and very reasonable priced.

I’ve had Ben’s to my house on several repairs. My gas stove, a washing machine and most recently a dishwasher. Ben is professional, kind and prompt! He was able to diagnose the problem each time with a fix! And not overly priced!!

My Sears Kenmore Dryer was not heating Ben arrived at 2PM on a 2PM service call, determined the heating element was the problem, and replaced it with a Sears part. The dryer is working again. The repair took about 15 minutes. I went with Ben's because they were able to schedule sooner, and were less expensive than Sears repair. I recommend Ben's for appliance repair in the Grove City area.

Ordered a part off Ben. He sent the part, and stood by it. He also stayed in contact throughout the process and was a man of integrity. Would definitely use again.

I live 20 miles from Ben's location and am told they won't travel this far for a repair. Hard to imagine among these rural locations.
