Went for a new key. You gotta understand, my car has issues. Its always something. Went for a year with no keyless on my car cause new keys are expensive. But Jazz found my issue and gave me a replacement @ a great price. Thanks Jazz!

Wonderful at every level! Extremely Competent- helping to navigate replacement for a lost transponder key for Lexus-a very complicated process. Also Responsive-completing the job in one day. And - Gracious, generous and friendly. Seriously five star!

Great customer service, always yes sir/ no sir, yes ma’am/ no ma’am. If there are ever any questions they take the time to describe the issue and how they went about the repair. They even went about telling me how to do a complete warranty on my old hardware around the house without trying to up sell me on a bunch of useless junk just to pocket an extra dollar. 100% would recommend and will use again if needed, thank you.

I've been going to Benson's for as long as I can remember because their service is quick and they're so knowledgeable. They also went out of their way to help me figure out the most cost efficient way to solve an issue on a very old safe rather than pushing me to buy a new one and pointed me in the right direction to get it solved (and it worked).

Wow! The folks at Benson's Lock Service are heroes. They saved us in a horrible situation. My son's truck key broke in half while far from home, and he didn't have a second key. We brought the broken, twisted, warn key in and they somehow managed to make 2 keys that were cut in 2 slightly different ways, just in case, and they both worked. They saved what could have been an extremely ugly, experience situation quickly and for $20. We can't thank them enough. Amazing!!!
