Bentley's Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

DO NOT USE! Bentley goes through a third-party for their HVAC loans. Unless you have the luxury of paying the entire amount at that moment, find another provider. Bentley uses a company called, "GoodLeap," which routes all customer service through the Philippines. They will allow you to pay off your loan amount after you jump through hoops for a projected payoff amount, several days to process, leaving you with an accrued interest residual requiring you to go back through the painstaking process of chasing your tail. Additionally, Bentley charges a travel fee of approximately $89.00. Not for an out of state, out of county, or city limits, but for leaving their parking lot to do their lackluster job. - Westwood Bend, Hudson. DO NOT USE!

Bentley’s AC did an amazing job fixing our air conditioner! They showed up on time, were very professional, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The tech had our system diagnosed and repaired quickly, and the difference was immediate. Our house is finally cool again, and we couldn’t be happier. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Bentley’s Air Conditioning. My heat stopped working just as the weather turned cold, and they came out quickly to diagnose and fix the problem. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. The repair was done efficiently, and my home is warm again! It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend Bentley’s Air Conditioning to anyone needing heating or cooling service you won’t be disappointed!

Technician was fast, friendly and efficient. While the price is more than I expected to pay for one small part, unfortunately it is likely a very competitive price. Thanks for fixing my central heat, it’s been cold in here😀.
