These people are honest and get the job done right, at a fair price. Everyone seems knowledgeable and trustworthy. We had a new HVAC system put in, and the work was done timely and professionally. I will continue to do any servicing/repair with Benton County Heating and Cooling.

I've got a 13-yr old home with two systems, and have started to need some repairs in the last few years. I've tried other HVAC services in the area with mixed results, but I've used Benton County Heating and Cooling exclusively for the last 4+ years. This outfit is an honest and dependable group of folks. They do quality work at reasonable prices, show up on time, and you can trust they aren't trying to upsell you on other work. I can't recommend this business enough!

What I really like is that they don’t try to sell you a new unit, or do unnecessary repairs. The furnace was making a whistling noise (I swear), but when the serviceman turned it on, there was no noise. Yes, I’m paying for a service call, but it’s better then paying for repairs I don’t need.

July 21, 2012 It was a saturday evening around 6 pm and i finally realized what was wrong with my air unit outside. I called Benton County Air and asked them to sell me a part for my A/C They not only sold me the part for a reasonable price but they gave me advice on what not to do when i installed my part.Everyone has a bad thing to say about some people some of the time but i give them kudos for helping me and my family out when we needed it.Thank you Benton County Air.

Technicians came by and quickly found the problem: A new blower wheel needed. It was causing excessive vibration and an irritating cacophony. Following the quick diagnosis of the problem, they replaced just what was needed at a very reasonable price. Thank you!
