Benton House Carpets & Tile

I purchased carpet from Benton House Carpet and Flooring and had them arrange installation through their company — another mistake I won’t make again. I understand that many flooring companies use subcontractors (I’ve worked with plenty myself), but I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience or dealt with a business that refused to stand behind the installers they sent. The installer was constantly stepping outside for smoke breaks, swearing, burping, and generally being disruptive in our brand-new home. A job that should have taken 2 to 3 hours — and that they told me would be quick — ended up taking over 8 hours. Worse, instead of using tack strips on our new stairs, they used thousands of staples, which damaged the wood and looked terrible. The carpet was also pieced together on

We have had the best experience working with Mark from start to finish! I was indecisive some and he was so sweet and kind every time I came back in to look at a different color flooring and worked with us the whole way. I would highly recommend Benton House!

Benton House Carpet was great to work with. They had great ideas on how to do my floor. When it came time to install they took great care of my property, played the flooring beautiful and cleaned up after ! I would highly recommend them!!

I had my whole house recarpeted through this company. 10/10 would recommend. Cheaper than Lowes doing it, way more expertise. Their showroom has way more options too. Support this long standing local business

This is the second time I've been in this store. Both times the person who waited on me was condescending. He told me that I shouldnt be so picky, instead of trying to help me find what I wanted. He also made a racial slur. I will never go back.
