Customer service was great but the quality of the topsoil I received is poor. There are rocks, wood, and sand mixed in with soil. I ordered the premium topsoil and it is definitely not premium as all my plants are stunted in growth.

I called Berea Landscape Supplies today asking questions about landscape rocks. I spoke to Joe and he was so very helpful. I recommend this company. Joe took a lot of time giving me suggestions and so helpful.
