Incredible experience. Jesus helped guide me to what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable about the products and different brands and also patient with my lack of decision-making. I could tell it was important to him to make sure I selected something we would love. Highly recommend.

They offer decent tile selection and quality, but have a very unfriendly return policy. Unopened boxes are not accepted, even if you are willing to pay a restocking fee. As a result, if you order extra tiles, you will be stuck with the excess. Also, their operating hours are inconvenient.

Needed a fireplace hearth made out of limestone in a custom size. In 2 days it was ready to be picked up and fit perfect!! would highly recommend!!

I called today early in the morning and the guy behind the counter promised me he was gonna drop off some QP either today or tomorrow. He did not call me till late afternoon on a day after he called me. He said we cannot do this week at all this was unacceptable. I could’ve got the gravel somewhere else. Very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went today and Todd was “helping” me. All I said was color is the most important to me. He kept telling me that items were too expensive and that I wouldn’t want that. I’m doing my personal house, I’m not looking for a deal, he never asked me budget, timeframe, etc. he also did not listen to what I wanted and was showing me things completely opposite of what I was looking for but showing me because they were in stock. I never talked about needing in stock material. the two gentlemen inside behind the desk were super nice and tried to help me but nothing really fit my color pallet.
