Disappointing experience with this company. The chimney cleaning was incomplete and the chimney cap installation feels loose. Was friendly but clearly in a hurry, and they left stray nails near the roof. I was surprised by the final cleaning cost which didn’t match the verbal estimate. They referenced additional chimney repair needs but didn’t provide a clear plan or pricing. I’d suggest potential customers ask for a detailed scope of work and documented findings before accepting any repairs from this chimney service.

He offered to wait for me to get estimates. His work was quick but thorough. Good to know chimneys are safe to use. The afternoon chimney cap installers were just as considerate & dedicated to their work.
