We just had our septic pumped and I couldn't believe the review below. We have three properties and I appreciate how they help us with understanding the paperwork that needs to get into the County office. When our rental had a problem, we called and they solved the problem IMMEDIATELY! When we bought a property recently Josh was able to answer our questions about the septic on the property. It was great getting the septic history no hassle. We have been using Bergendahls for years when we have questions we call and get answers on the spot. I give them a 10 out of 10 for customer service and responsiveness. Never a hassle in the 30 plus years we have been with them.

Horrible experience, I payed my bill promptly and then was harrassed for payment on several occasions after the bill was paid. Then they never sent the certificate in to the city as they were legally obligated to do. We have had to contact our company lawer to try and get them to do there job. Absolutely a horrible experience I would never recommend to anyone. When his dad ran the company it was great, josh and his wife have turned it into a epic failure. Use a a different company you will only be disappointed with this one.

Very quick response to phone call, quick to service the job, was on time within the short window of time stated, very knowledgeable, great service. I would definitely recommend and use again in the futue.
