Berger Allied Moving & Storage

I am a U.S. soldier moving across the country and this experience was supposed to ease the stress. The guys that came out seemed nice but complain about their workload and left multiple important items. It took them 12 hours so the time they were finished I kept showing them things that they kept forgetting and they ran out fast and had an attitude when I told them that they left things. They began to throw things in the truck. I am still left with items. They packed the tv, left part of the mount after I told them to take it and they let the remote. They left two cabinets worth of kitchen appliances and items. I saw them, asked them to pack these items and they still left them. Now I am having to pay extra to ship a box with miscellaneous things. If the job was too much for them, the comp

This company...... man. James & Josh. I'm truly happy I met you guys. You took care of my property, got there on time, and kept assisting I allow you guy to do what I paid for. Keep pushing me aside, telling me to put my items down are relax. I really appreciated that. Smiles, laughter, kindness, took care of my wife & I property as if it were your own. I'm happy I chose Berger Allied Moving & Storage. If I decide to move back to Las Vegas (I doubt it) I'll definitely reach out to Shawn and request you guys because I know my property will be safe and treated well. You guys rocked.

We've used Berger a couple of times in the past two years and they are excellent across the board. They are one of the few moving companies that will still send someone out to your place and do a real estimate and the price I paid was actually slightly less than what was estimated. They send out a professional team of movers who were careful and considerate and worked at a fast pace. My stuff was delivered as promised, on time, and with no damage. Be very careful out there when looking for movers and moving companies. There are a lot of scams going and some really trashy tactics being used. I can tell you that this place is the real deal and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the greater Las Vegas area.

So bad, it put my wife into early labor. (Seriously, 7 weeks early) It was an extremely disappointing experience. I will never use Allied again. Ignoring the incredible damage to our goods (for which the claims process is not giving me anything, including for damage to my neighbor's yard), there was also a total lack of logistics support. Delivery scheduling: On the day of pickup, we were told the goods would be dropped off on Tuesday. The next day, we were told Wednesday. Then the next day, Thursday. Then Saturday. We were left scrambling at each change to find people or create/cancel accommodations to make this work. There was no consistency. We had the best experience from the team that packed everything into the truck to the driver who got our load to us safely! I am so impressed!! Everything arrived with no damage!! A million thank yous!!!!
