Berger windows and doors is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Berger and berger windows and doors replaced my balcony sliding door in one of my apartments. They did a lousy job. They did several damages on the outside walls, which the association had required me to fix. Just weeks after installation, the inside walls started to crack and separate around the door they installed. Upon contacting berger, they kept giving me the run around and finally denied being responsible for the damages. Berger windows and doors will take your money and bear no responsibility for what goes wrong with their job. They are not honest business people, and they have no integrity. Do not hire them for your job. They do not do a good job. They will take your money and leave you hanging. I would give

Excellent experience with Berger! Reached out to them to get a quote with dimensions for an impact window and door replacement. I got a fair and affordable quote quickly. I took my time deliberating. They did not waste my time or pressure me into a sale. After I agreed, it took some time to get the custom sized delivery which was to be expected. The day of the install was incredibly smooth with the installers doing a fantastic job and cleaning up nicely. Overall, I am more than satisfied with the window and door. Everything looks great! I would definitely recommend Berger Windows and Doors.

Unfortunately it was not the experience we hoped for after reading all the positive reviews. We ordered hurricane impact windows and doors for our newly renovated house, and most of the windows were measured short so the workers were filling the gaps between concrete and frames with thick wood and covering the gaps with aluminum strips and thick silicone. It did not look good. Three windows were ordered completely wrong so we had to wait another 6-8 weeks to get them, and all of them were not long enough. We are in the process of disputing the results with the company, and we never got any official apologies from the company but the company always was asking for money even when the work was not yet done.
