From estimate to installation this was a great experience. They made sure i understood what was happening at each step. Pricing was reasonable compared to other quotes. There was always someone that answered the phone when i needed to call. The day of installation they arrived early and worked through the day until they were done. Fence looks great. Now to see how it holds up.

Update: Not even a year later and it’s only gotten worse. The gate catches the frame so it doesn’t close unless you can jam it in. They responded to my initial review (mind you, this was after I reported TWO issues and someone had come out TWICE after install to fix the first rounds of issues) but never tried to contact me to rectify. I’m not interested in paying thousands of dollars to have a professional install a fence to then need to stay on top of them fixing all of the issues that shouldn’t have been there to begin with - I’m not about to micromanage their (lack of) a customer service department. The 2 pics show how seemless the pros at Bergo Fencing repaired the backyard fence, it's hard to tell them apart. This was done over a year ago so it's also a testament to their worksmanship and quality/durable materials. Personally I loved that they brought along a younger relative to learn from the middle aged old timer. We really need more hands on trade apprenticeships and supporting family/small businesses.
