Brent was polite when he came for the estimate and was on time but for some really strange reason he blocked my wife's number after she asked for an update on an estimate. In our experience when something takes longer than estimated if you don't reach out to them, they take it as you're not interested in using them and you may never hear from them again. My wife sent him a message asking if he had a chance to do the estimate yet and that was the only time she ever contacted him, and that's all she said. He replied that's he's been busy and then immediately blocked her number. We only wanted an estimate to see how much we needed to set aside for the kitchen. Brent has done multiple jobs at our house over the past few years and we would highly recommend him to anyone. He is very polite and honest with every job he does. He is also very reasonable and fair with pricing - he is definitely our go to guy when we need something repaired or replaced in our house.
