Gannon and Austin did a very professional installation of a Bryant 987m furnace and Aprilaire 720 humidifier. Everything was neatly run, thoroughly explained, and cleaned up before they left. Looks as neat as if they had been doing the work in their own homes. Courteous and friendly people throughout the company. I am very satisfied with the equipment as well. Jeff did a good job explaining my options. Fair price.

Have used Berken for maintenance and repairs on our AC and furnace. Over the weekend my furnace fan started acting up. I called this morning (Monday morning) at 6 am, someone by the name of Zach was here by 7am. He was in and out in maybe 30 minutes, fixed it quickly, didn’t upsell anything whatsoever. Price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

We recently needed some lines moved around in the basement so we can finish it how we want. We first called the company that originally did our new house, they quoted us over double what Berken did it for. Called Berken because they did a great job on a new AC on our old house a few years ago. They had time to come out and moved everything how we needed it the same day! Very happy with the job and very nice, courteous workers.

I would recommend Berken Heating & Cooling to everyone who needs service and/or new equipment. They have been servicing my business for the 7 plus years and always send someone same day. We needed to upgrade our air conditioning unit and Jeff suggested a split unit and omg it has made such a difference for our customers and staff!!!
