It’s true subcontractors, Berks Construction will hold your payments even though they bill ten days after you’ve completed your portion. They lie and get caught. I’d really do your homework about this company. Berks cares about no one. They don’t care about relationships except with clients. They’d probably hold out paying Jesus if given the opportunity. It’s time to enforce the prompt payment act on them.
