We just had our septic pumped. $310. Cheapest around. We dug up the outlet cover instead of the tank so he dug it and when done pumping covered everything up again. Super nice guy, very informative. His name is Chris. We’ll be calling them again next time. Berkshire Pittsfield Septic.

Berkshire Septic arrived at my house for a blocked sewer pipe and stayed until the job was done. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The job was very difficult and the temperatures were freezing. They arrived when scheduled, and were honest about when they could come. They wore masks and were socially distant. The price was reasonable for all the time that was spent fixing the problem. Although I don’t want to see them again, I’m glad I waited for their great professional service.

Called this company for an MA Title V on a property I was selling. There were some issues with the septic that we needed to handle to get it to pass, but Dutch and his team were with me every step of the way. They had great communication, recommended some great subcontractors when we ran into challenges, and got the job done quickly for a fair price. I would 100% use them again, and recommend them to anyone needing a septic inspection, pumping, or maintenance.
