the woman on the phone is unbelievable rude, terrible customer service. prices are decent, but being abusive to customers is just foul.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I work for a company who procures material for large companies who manufacturer aircraft. There isn't an email listed, so I called. They lady who I spoke with, without knowing the product I was inquiring about, stated she can't help without knowing the material we are trying to procure, refused to give me an email so I can send her the item description to confirm whether it is something they do in fact supply or not, and told me "do you understand not to call here again" and hung up. I tried calling back thinking maybe she thought I was a telemarketer and she picked up and hung up.
Friendly service. Good prices. Support small business in a small town! Good family!
